ENTRY LEVEL

A Baby Bear welcomes guests with no steps leading to the front door, providing easy access into the lower level foyer. Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious entry area with a large storage closet, perfect for keeping luggage and outdoor gear organized.

This level features one of the cabin’s bedrooms, furnished with queen-over-queen bunk beds, a sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV, making it an ideal space for kids or additional guests. A full bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower is located nearby and offers both hallway access and a private entrance from the bedroom for added convenience.

Entertainment is plentiful on this level with a dedicated game room featuring a pool table, arcade game, and large flat screen television, providing hours of fun for guests of all ages.

Outside, guests can enjoy a small fenced yard, accessed through the exterior gate, offering a secure outdoor space to relax and enjoy the mountain setting.

SECOND LEVEL

At the top of the stairs, guests will find a luxurious master suite featuring a king-size bed, television, and two spacious closets. The private ensuite bathroom includes an elegant custom tiled walk-in shower, double vanity, private commode area, and a large picture window that fills the room with natural light.

From this bedroom, you also have direct access to the deck and hot tub, allowing you to step outside and relax while enjoying the fresh mountain air.

Also located on this level is the third bedroom, which includes a queen-size bed and opens into a unique entertainment-style living area designed to feel like a private theater room. This space features a sleeper sofa, 86-inch flat screen television, arcade game, shuffleboard table, wet bar, and pub table seating.

This level also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer as well as deck access to the hot tub. With so many entertainment options in one place, this floor provides a perfect gathering space for guests to relax, play games, or enjoy a movie night together.

THIRD LEVEL

The top level of A Baby Bear offers some of the most breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains. Upon entering this level, guests will find a convenient half bathroom as well as the fourth bedroom featuring a king-size bed, flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings, and a private ensuite bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower.

This level also houses the main kitchen, dining, and living area, designed with an open layout to take full advantage of the incredible views. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a large picture window overlooking the mountains, making cooking and dining an experience in itself.

The dining table seats six guests, with additional seating for two at the kitchen island. The living room includes a large flat screen TV, double-sided gas fireplace, comfortable sofa, and two plush recliners.

Step outside onto the upper deck for a true bird’s-eye view of the Smokies. This outdoor living space features an outdoor television, rocking chairs, outdoor dining table, and two infrared heaters for year-round comfort.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Each television in the cabin includes Charter Cable, and guests enjoy free high-speed wireless internet throughout the property.

Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.
