Skyline View – Luxury Smoky Mountain Cabin at Parkside Resort

Welcome to Skyline View, a beautifully designed 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom cabin with two additional half baths, located inside Parkside Resort just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10.

Spanning three levels and approximately 3,500 square feet, this spacious cabin comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. With parking for approximately five vehicles and additional parking available throughout the resort, Skyline View is ideal for families and larger groups seeking both comfort and unforgettable mountain views.

With expansive windows, multiple decks, and elevated views that stretch across the Smoky Mountains and beyond, Skyline View delivers a true mountain experience from every level of the home.

Main Level

Guests enter via five steps to the front door or can access the wraparound deck, arriving on the main level where an open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, living room, and a convenient half bath.

The dining table comfortably seats 10 guests, with additional seating for six at the breakfast bar.

The fully equipped kitchen features slate appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, stovetop and oven, dishwasher, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. Small appliances include a coffee maker and blender, along with all cookware and utensils needed for your stay.

The living room is the centerpiece of the cabin, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase spectacular skyline and mountain views. Relax on the large sectional sofa or chaise loungers while enjoying the flat screen TV or the warmth of the stone gas fireplace that stretches to the vaulted ceiling.

Step outside onto the main-level deck to enjoy an outdoor TV, gas fireplace, gas grill, and upgraded patio furniture including rocking chairs, gliders, and high-top pub tables—perfect for taking in the incredible views.

This level also features the first bedroom suite, offering a king-size bed, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, and private deck access. The en-suite bathroom includes a custom tiled walk-in shower.

Upper Level

Upstairs, a stunning catwalk overlooks the main living area and provides sweeping panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains. A small workspace with a desk and printer is also located on this level.

This level features two additional master suites, along with a full laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

Both suites include king-size beds, electric fireplaces, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms with custom tiled walk-in showers. Each bedroom also offers access to a private deck with rocking chairs, creating a peaceful space to enjoy the mountain scenery.

Lower Level

The lower level is designed for entertainment and fun, beginning with a spacious game room featuring a regulation-size pool table, digital pinball machine with over 300 games, two-player arcade game, poker table, karaoke machine, and a large flat screen TV.

A convenient half bath is located just off the game room.

Just beyond, the private home theater offers seating for up to 16 guests, making it the perfect place for movie nights or watching the big game.

This level also includes the final two bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen-size bed, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, and deck access. The second bedroom includes queen-size bunk beds and deck access.

These bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.

Step outside onto the lower-level deck and relax in the private hot tub while taking in breathtaking mountain and city views—an unforgettable way to end your day in the Smokies.

Additional Information

All televisions, including the theater room, feature Charter Cable.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin.

Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 through October 1. Fire pits are available year-round.

Travel Information

During inclement weather, resort roads are maintained by on-site staff. Roads are wide, paved, and not steep for easy access throughout the property.

Parkside Resort is also motorcycle-friendly, offering flat paved parking suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
