Welcome to Ahh! The View!, a beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury cabin located inside Parkside Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10.

Spanning three spacious levels, this cabin comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests and offers the perfect combination of upscale mountain style, inviting living spaces, and unforgettable Smoky Mountain scenery.

From the moment you arrive, Ahh! The View! lives up to its name with sweeping mountain views, warm rustic finishes, and thoughtfully designed spaces for relaxing, gathering, and making memories in the Smokies.

Main Level

Guests enter via five steps to the front door, arriving on an expansive main level designed for comfort and entertaining. This level features an open-concept layout with the kitchen, dining area, living room, one bedroom suite, and a convenient half bath.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a large island with seating for six—perfect for casual dining or gathering while preparing meals.

The dining area features a large table that comfortably seats ten guests, creating the ideal space for shared meals and conversation.

The living room is warm and inviting, with an oversized sofa, plush seating, and a grand stone fireplace as the focal point. Large windows fill the space with natural light and provide beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

Step outside onto the main-level deck to enjoy rocking chairs, a large outdoor dining table, and a gas grill—perfect for everything from morning coffee to evening cookouts with a view.

This level also includes the main-level master suite, featuring a king-size bed, fireplace, flat screen TV, and direct deck access. The private en-suite bathroom includes a custom tiled walk-in shower.

Upper Level

The upper level features two additional bedroom suites connected by a catwalk overlooking the main living area below.

Observatory Level

One of the most unique features of Ahh! The View! is the observatory level—a peaceful, elevated sitting area designed to showcase the beauty of the Smoky Mountains.

Surrounded by large panoramic windows, this cozy retreat offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views in every direction. Comfortable seating creates the perfect place to relax, unwind, and take in the changing mountain scenery throughout the day.

Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning, watching the sunset paint the sky, or taking in the lights in the distance at night, the observatory provides a truly memorable experience that sets this cabin apart.

Lower Level

The lower level is designed for entertainment and gathering, featuring a spacious game room with a pool table, shuffleboard table, arcade games, flat screen TVs, and a wet bar—creating a fun and inviting atmosphere for guests of all ages.

Just beyond the game room is the private theater room, complete with comfortable seating, a large screen, and surround sound—perfect for movie nights or watching the big game.

This level also includes the fourth bedroom, featuring custom built-in bunk sleeping with multiple beds, making it a great space for additional guests or families traveling together. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located nearby for convenience.

Step outside onto the lower-level deck and unwind in the private hot tub while enjoying the peaceful mountain setting. This outdoor space offers yet another place to relax and take in the fresh Smoky Mountain air.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin.

Multiple TVs are located throughout the home for entertainment.

Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 through October 1.

Travel Information

During inclement weather, resort roads are maintained by on-site staff. Roads are wide, paved, and not steep for easy access throughout the property.

Parkside Resort is also motorcycle-friendly, offering flat paved parking suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
