Deer Haven - Luxury Smoky Mountain Cabin at Parkside Resort

Welcome to Deer Haven, a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom cabin located inside Parkside Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10.

Spanning three levels and approximately 4,000 square feet, this cabin comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers parking for approximately 5 vehicles, with additional parking available throughout the resort.

Main Level

Deer Haven has 3 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level or access the wraparound deck.

This level features an open layout with the kitchen, dining, and living room all flowing together, creating a large and welcoming gathering space.

The dining table seats 10 comfortably and is highlighted by a stunning double antler chandelier. Additional seating is available for 4 at the breakfast bar and 2 at the high top table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, custom cabinets, and unique wood and hardware details that carry the rustic mountain theme throughout the cabin. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, gas stove and oven, and dishwasher, along with all standard cookware and utensils.

The living room features floor to ceiling windows, allowing natural light to fill the space while showcasing the mountain views. Relax on the plush seating, enjoy the large flat screen TV, or unwind next to the stone gas fireplace that extends all the way to the ceiling.

This level also includes the first bedroom suite, featuring a king size bed, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, and deck access. The private bathroom includes a custom tiled walk-in shower and double vanity.

Step outside onto the main level deck and enjoy the outdoor fireplace, flat screen TV, gas grill, and upgraded patio furniture, all set against the peaceful mountain backdrop.

Upper Level

The upper level features a catwalk that overlooks the living room and provides a close-up view of the impressive antler chandelier, one of the standout design features of the home.

This level includes two additional bedroom suites.

One bedroom features a king size bed, electric fireplace, flat screen TV, private bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, and access to a private deck with rocking chairs.

The second bedroom features two sets of custom built full size bunk beds, along with an electric fireplace and flat screen TV. The private bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower and double vanity. This room also has access to its own private deck.

A full size washer and dryer are also located on this level for added convenience.

Lower Level

Head downstairs to find one of the most impressive game rooms in the resort.

This space features a custom log pool table, multiple arcade games, a digital pinball machine with hundreds of game options, and a foosball table. The room also includes a large flat screen TV, wet bar with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Just beyond the game room is the private theater room, offering comfortable seating and a full surround sound system, perfect for movie nights.

This level also includes the final two bedroom suites, each featuring custom finishes, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms.

Step outside onto the lower level deck to enjoy the hot tub and outdoor TV, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
