Welcome to Donwell Manor, a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom cabin located inside Parkside Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10.

With 3 levels and approximately 2,800 square feet (plus deck space), this cabin comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests and offers parking for approximately 4 vehicles, with additional parking available throughout the resort.

Main Level

Donwell Manor has 5 steps up to the front door, leading into the main level and wraparound deck.

Inside, you are welcomed into an open layout featuring the kitchen, dining, and living room all in one spacious gathering area.

The dining table seats 10 comfortably, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.

The fully equipped kitchen features slate appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, glass top stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, and standard cooking and dining essentials for your group.

The living room features vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, bringing in natural light and showcasing the mountain views. Relax on the comfortable seating, enjoy the large flat screen TV, or unwind next to the natural gas fireplace.

The main level also includes the first bedroom suite, featuring a king size bed, flat screen TV, deck access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower.

Step outside onto the main level deck and enjoy one of the best outdoor living spaces in the cabin. This area features an outdoor fireplace, outdoor flat screen TV, gas grill, dining area, and rocking chairs, all set against the mountain backdrop.

Upper Level

The upper level features two master suites connected by a catwalk, along with a quiet nook that is perfect for reading or catching up on work.

Both bedrooms on this level include king size beds, flat screen TVs, private deck access with rocking chairs, and private bathrooms with walk-in tiled showers.

A full size laundry room is also located on this level for added convenience.

Lower Level

Head downstairs for entertainment and additional space for your group to spread out.

The lower level opens into a game room featuring a pool table, shuffleboard, pub table, arcade game, and a large flat screen TV. A wet bar with mini fridge, sink, and microwave adds even more convenience for guests.

Just beyond the game room is the private home theater, featuring comfortable stadium style seating for 11, surround sound, and a Blu-ray player. This space is perfect for movie nights or watching your favorite shows together.

This level also includes the final bedroom suite, featuring two queen size bunk beds, a flat screen TV, deck access, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

Step outside onto the lower level deck and relax in the private hot tub, the perfect way to unwind after a day exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
