Welcome to Our Neck Of The Woods, a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin located inside Parkside Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10.

Sleeping up to 8 guests and offering parking for approximately 3 vehicles, this 1,730 square foot cabin delivers a layout that feels both practical and unique. Unlike many 3 bedroom cabins, all three bedrooms are reached with only one set of stairs, making the floor plan simple, comfortable, and easy for families or groups to enjoy.

What truly sets Our Neck Of The Woods apart is its location at the top of the resort. The views here are top tier for Parkside, with sweeping Smoky Mountain scenery from both levels, expansive windows, and decks designed to help you enjoy every bit of it.

Main Level

Upon entering Our Neck Of The Woods, you are immediately greeted by stunning, expansive views of the Smoky Mountains. This level features a cozy great room with plenty of seating, including 5 reclining chairs, along with a gas stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, wood floors, and mountain decor.

Just off the living room is the kitchen and oversized island that seats 6. The kitchen is equipped with slate appliances including a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. You will also find all the utensils, dinnerware, and cookware needed for your stay, along with generous cabinet and storage space.

The main level is also where you will find the master bedroom suite. This bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, deck access, and mountain views for miles. The private full bathroom includes extra counter space, a lighted make-up mirror, a full length mirror, and a custom walk-in tiled shower.

Step outside onto the main level wrap around deck and enjoy one of the strongest features of this cabin. This spectacular outdoor space offers views, views, and more views, along with an outdoor fireplace, outdoor TV, gas grill, and more than enough rocking chairs and seating for the whole family.

Lower Level

Head downstairs to find the real fun and excitement. The lower level features a second living area and game room with plenty of options to keep the whole group entertained.

Here you will find 4 arcade games including Ridge Racer, Golden Tee, Terminator 2, and a 2 person seated Multicade. This level also includes a sleeper sofa, wet bar, large flat screen TV, and super comfy bean bag chairs.

Just off the game room are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

The first lower level bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV, full length mirror, deck access, and a full bathroom with an oversized vanity, lighted make-up mirror, and custom tiled walk-in shower.

The second lower level bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV, floor length mirror, private bathroom with a tub and shower combination, and deck access with endless Smoky Mountain views.

Outside on the lower level deck you will find additional rocking chairs and a relaxing hot tub tucked into a private corner of the deck. And yes, the views continue here too.
