Welcome to The Bear Life — a newly remodeled, luxurious 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom cabin nestled within Parkside Resort, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at traffic light #10. This stunning three-level retreat spans 2,800 square feet (plus generous deck space) and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. There is parking for approximately three vehicles, with additional parking available within the resort.

Main Level

Enter The Bear Life on the main level — just two easy steps from the ground. This bright, open-concept floor features a welcoming common area that combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room.

The dining table seats six, while the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, glass-top stove, oven, and dishwasher. You’ll also find a coffee pot, blender, toaster, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils needed to serve up to 12 guests.

The cozy living room invites you to relax and unwind. Enjoy a movie on the large flat-screen TV, gather for a friendly game, or curl up beside the natural gas fireplace. It’s the perfect space to make memories.

Also on this level is the first of four bedrooms and five bathrooms. This master suite features a king-size bed, electric fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The adjoining bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and living area, offers a walk-in shower.

Step outside to the main level deck, complete with a natural gas grill, outdoor fireplace, TV, and ample rocking chairs—ideal for evenings spent under the stars.

Upper Level

The upper level features two inviting bedrooms.

The first bedroom includes a king-size bed, electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a private deck with rocking chairs. Its en-suite bathroom features a shower/tub combination.

The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, featuring two queen-size bunk beds, an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and a private deck with rocking chairs. This spacious room includes two private bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower, and the other with a shower/tub combination.

Lower Level

Head downstairs and let the fun begin! The game room offers entertainment for all ages, featuring Golden Tee, two multi-cade machines, an Infinity Table, Boss Toss, a large flat-screen TV, and a wet bar with mini fridge. A washer and dryer are conveniently located just off this space. The Infinity Game Table is a touchscreen-powered digital board game table that brings classic and modern board games to life—without needing physical pieces or setup.

After some friendly competition, settle into the private home theater for movie night. This cozy retreat includes plush recliners and high-top chairs, a Blu-ray player, and surround sound. Whether you bring your own favorite film or rent one from the Parkside Resort DVD library, this is the perfect spot to unwind.

Also on this level, you’ll find the fourth bedroom and fifth bathroom. This suite features a king-size bed, electric fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The adjoining bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and game room, offers a shower/tub combination.

Finally, step out onto the lower-level deck, where relaxation reaches new heights. Soak in the hot tub while watching your favorite show on the outdoor TV and taking in the beautiful mountain view.

There is FREE high speed, wireless internet in this cabin.

Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are

functional year round.

During inclement weather (especially in the winter months), Parkside

Resort's roads are maintained by our maintenance staff and should not be a

big concern to you and your group. Our roads are not steep and are widely

paved.

Parkside Resort is motorcycle friendly, featuring flat, paved parking

spaces suitable for motorcycles and trailers.
